FAQ's

What are my payment options?
You can book a drop in class at £9.
An £80 10 class pass that lasts 4 months, for those who want to come 1 x week, yet gives you 6 weeks leeway.
A £70 class pass that only lasts 2 months, for those who plan on coming more than 1 x week.

I bought a pass but unfortunately i'm not going to use the credits before the expiry date.......
Thats's ok. If you have a 2 month pass, you can pay £10 and I will extend it by 2 months in line with the cost of a 4 month pass. Or, if you have a 4 month pass, you can pay £10 and I will extend it by a year in line with the cost of a drop in class.

I want to book my classes in advance so i know i've secured a place, is it possible to buy a pass but have it start at a later date to accommodate this?
Yes! Click on the pass you wish to buy, and in the order summary choose the date you want the pass to start from, you can then book classes from this date.

How do I cancel/reschedule my class?
Log in to your account - go to bookings - select the class you wish to reschedule/cancel, and provided you are within the 8 hr cancellation period you should be able to rearrange your class here

Why an 8 hour cancellation policy?
Over the years, both as a teacher and a participant I have experienced many different booking systems with each system having pros and cons for both parties. When I set up Ignite your Being I wanted to create a Yoga community of regular attendees, a class pass, at a discounted price seemed the best option to encourage regular attendance.

One of the positives often stated by regulars is that they love the small class sizes at the studio. I agree, small classes are more personal, I can give individual advice more easily, and we have a great rapport with each other. However now that classes are busy, these class spaces are at a premium which is why I introduced an 8 hour cancellation policy. Most regulars book their desired class weeks in advance, and I encourage this, so you know you can attend the class of your choice. However sometimes we need to change or cancel our bookings, 8 hours is usually enough notice for someone on the waitlist for that class to be able to attend. Now I know that life sometimes throws things at us at the last minute, and although I sympathise with this, if you are outside of the 8 hr cancellation period you do unfortunately forfeit your pass, UNLESS there is someone on the waitlist that can attend with short notice, and then I will credit your pass.

NB: Breathwork and Workshops are non refundable but are transferable.
